The framework for most of Mike’s designs are the simple lines of a well proportioned jewelry box. His 1-Drawer, 2-Drawer, 3-Drawer and Grand Jewelry Box designs are direct expansions on the next smaller model. This expansion allows each customer to choose the design that best fits the size of their jewelry collection. Or for a totally different look, he offers the 7-Drawer Jewelry Box. In all his designs, what stands out are the incredible quality of his woods and the detail of his styling.

On the sides of his boxes, his designs feature Bubinga, a dark rich African wood, and American Black. On the tops, he chooses stunning woods – Madrone Burl, Quilted Maple, Birdseye Maple and Bubinga Burl – called Kewazingo. He trims the tops with subtle, and sometimes bold, Maple, Bloodwood and Cocobolo to create incredible detail touches. Last he machines meticulous pulls of Bloodwood, Bubinga, Maple and Cocobolo. The attention to beautiful wood and detail is incredible.
